| 目的 调查血液肿瘤患者精神应对现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 采用一般资料调查表、慢性病治疗功能评估-精神量表-12、精神应对态度量表对2020年9月至2021年6月安徽省肿瘤医院收治的235例血液肿瘤患者进行横断面调查,获取患者的一般资料、精神健康状况、精神应对能力现状及相关影响因素。结果 精神应对总分为(21.82±8.48)分,精神健康的意义维度、宗教信仰、职业、精神健康的信念维度、年龄分组、基础学历是精神应对总分的主要影响因素,共可有效解释精神应对总分38.4%的变异。结论 血液肿瘤患者的精神应对相对较强,应针对其影响因素,采取多种适应中国传统文化的精神应对策略,以提升患者的精神应对能力。 |

| Objective To investigate the current situation of spiritual coping in patients with hematological tumors and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A cross-sectional survey of 235 patients with hematological tumors was carried out by using General Data Questionnaire, Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy-Spiritual-12, and Spiritual and Religious Attitudes in Coping with Illness to obtain the general information, mental health status, current status of mental coping ability and related influencing factors. Results The total score of spiritual coping was (21.82±8.48) points. The meaning dimension of spiritual health, religious belief, occupation, belief dimension of spiritual health, age group, and basic education were the main influencing factors of the total score of spiritual coping, which could effectively explain the variance in the total scores of spirituality of 38.4%. Conclusions The spiritual coping of hematological tumor patients is relatively strong. A variety of spiritual coping strategies adapted to the traditional Chinese culture should be adopted, such as improving self-esteem, obtaining hope and support, and finding the meaning of life. |
