| 目的 调研分析肺部肿瘤多学科诊疗患者需求及需求影响因素，以优化多学科诊疗服务，探索专科医院多学科诊疗服务新模式。方法 2022年1～6月，通过自制问卷，对上海市胸科医院3 220名肺部肿瘤多学科诊疗门诊患者的基本信息、诊疗经历、服务需求进行调研，统计分析调研结果与患者需求的影响因素，制定优化策略。结果 肺部肿瘤多学科诊疗患者呈现高龄、疾病复杂、就医成本高的特点，60岁以上占40.2%，有就诊经历占72.4%，有治疗经历占52.2%；患者诉求主要集中在疾病规范诊治、缩短预约周期、提高便捷程度、降低就医成本等。在分析影响患者需求的因素后，医院针对性从管理流程、服务水平、信息平台、学科建设入手，推出了一门式“门诊+病房”的多学科诊疗服务模式。结论 肺部肿瘤多学科诊疗患者多为疑难复杂病例，就医成本高，通过一门式多学科诊疗服务模式，能够有效降低患者就医成本，提升服务质量，改善就医体验。 |

| Objective To investigate and analyze the needs of patients with multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer and their influencing factors，to optimize the multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment services，and to explore a new model of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment services in specialized hospitals. Methods From January to June 2022，a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the basic information，diagnosis and treatment experience，and service needs of 3 220 multi-disciplinary outpatients of lung cancer in Shanghai Thoracic Hospital，and statistical analysis of the survey results and the influencing factors of patients’needs was made to formulate optimization strategies. Results The multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer patients were characterized by high age，complex disease and high cost of medical treatment. 40.2% of patients were over 60 years old，72.4% had medical experience，and 52.2% had treatment experience；patients’demands mainly focused on standard diagnosis and treatment of diseases，shortening the appointment cycle，improving convenience，and reducing medical costs. After analyzing the influencing factors that affected the needs of patients，the hospital launched an“outpatient+ward”multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment service model starting from process management，service level，information platform，and discipline construction. Conclusions Most patients with multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer are difficult and complicated cases，and the cost of medical treatment is high. Through the one-door multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment service mode，the cost of medical treatment can be effectively reduced，and the quality of service and the medical experience can be improved. |
