      目的 比较两种不同型号超声诊断仪的实时剪切波弹性成像(SWE)测量正常涎腺(腮腺及颌下腺)弹性值结果的异同,并建立其正常参考范围。方法 选取2022年8~10月于安徽医科大学第一附属医院北区门诊行常规超声检查正常,且自愿接受涎腺SWE成像检查的成人164例,其中84例采用法国声科Aixplorer V超声诊断仪检测,80例采用西门子ACUSON Sequoia超声诊断仪检查。分别测量其双侧腮腺及颌下腺的最大杨氏模量值(Emax),对比两种仪器的测值结果,并建立其相应的正常参考值范围。结果 声科组双侧涎腺Emax测值均高于西门子组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。基于上述差异,本研究发布了法国声科Aixplorer V和西门子ACUSON Sequoia两种机型的正常成人涎腺SWE参考范围。同一机型下测量的颌下腺Emax值均高于腮腺,差异均具有统计学意义(Z声科组=-7.651,Z西门子组=-2.973,P均<0.05)。结论 采用法国声科Aixplorer V超声诊断仪的SWE成像所测得的涎腺Emax值高于西门子ACUSON Sequoia超声诊断仪的测值,且同一机型测量的颌下腺Emax值均高于腮腺。

      Objective To compare the differences and similarities of the elasticity values of normal salivary glands (parotid gland and submandibular gland) by shear wave elastography (SWE) using two kinds of ultrasonic diagnostic apparatuses, and establish the corresponding normal reference range. Methods A total of 164 adults presented to the outpatient clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from August, 2022 to October, 2022 were enrolled. Their routine ultrasound examinations were normal and they voluntarily accepted the SWE examination in salivary glands. Among them, 84 cases were recorded by the SuperSonic Imagine Airbolor V ultrasonic diagnostic equipment and 80 cases by the Siemens ACUSON Sequoia. The maximum Young's modulus (Emax) of parotid gland and submandibular gland was obtained for comparative analysis and establishment of normal reference range using the two instruments. Results The observed differences in the Emax values of salivary glands by these two kinds of ultrasonic diagnostic apparatuses were statistically significant (P<0.05). Based on the above differences,the normal reference range of salivary gland by SWE based on two kinds of instruments was listed. In addition, the Emax of submandibular glands was significantly higher than that of parotid glands measured by the two kinds of ultrasound instruments, and the difference was statistically significant(Z声科组=-7.651,Z西门子组=-2.973,all P<0.05). Conclusions The SWE values of the salivary glands measured by Super Sonic Imagine Airbolor V are higher than those of Siemens ACUSON Sequoia, and the Emax value of the submandibular gland measured by the same instrument is higher than that of the parotid gland.
