| 目的 医用耗材能够精准计费,同时降低耗材成本,以适应DRG付费模式。方法 通过规范医用耗材产品信息、落实医保编码贯标工作并引进供应链管理模式,从而促进精准计费;再通过采取多种降价措施,最终达到降价控费目标。结果 耗材产品信息得到规范,计价准确,DRG运营分析系统数据显示,2022年度医疗总费用小于结算总金额,有部分结余。结论 通过强化医用耗材管理,有助于DRG支付模式顺利实施,值得推广。 |

| Objective To achieve the accurate billing of medical consumablesand reduce coststo adapt to the DRG payment model.Methods Through standardizing the information of medical consumables, implementing the matching work of medical insurance coding and introducing the Supply Processing and Distribution model, the goal of accurate accounting could be achieved, then through a variety of price reduction measures, the goal of reducing prices and controlling costscould befinally achieved.Results Consumable product information was standardized effectively and the chargewas accurate. DRG operational analysis system data showed that the total cost of health care in 2022 was less than the total amount settled, and there wasa partial balance.Conclusion Strengthening the management of consumables contributes to the smooth implementation of DRG payment mode, which is worth popularizing. |
