| Pain is one of the most common and unbearable symptoms of cancer patients, which seriously affects the quality of life of cancer patients.With the development of medicine and the continuous improvement of patients′ requirements for quality of life, comprehensive cancer pain management has become an important indicator to evaluate the quality of medical care, improve patient satisfaction and treatment compliance.In recent years, relevant requirements for the standardized management of cancer pain have been put forward at the national and provincial levels, which has a strong guiding role, but with the continuous progress of diagnosis and treatment technology and the continuous improvement of medical services and innovation capabilities, it is necessary to reduce the variability in the clinical management of cancer pain so as to promote standardized diagnosis and treatment.In this regard, the Anhui Cancer Pain Nursing Specialty Alliance took the lead in formulating the "Expert Consensus on Adult Cancer Pain Care in Anhui Province".This consensus systematically searches the literature related to cancer pain care in adults at home and abroad, and combines with the relevant policy requirements for pain management in Anhui province to further sorted out the consensus on the related concepts, screening and evaluation methods and processes, clinical nursing, health education, and patient follow-up of cancer pain，which is conducive to promoting the homogeneous development of cancer pain nursing in Anhui province. |
