| 目的 了解皖西地区三级医院护士信息胜任力现状，并探讨其影响因素，为提升护士信息胜任力提供参考依据。方法 采用便利抽样法，于2023年8~9月选取皖西地区8所三级医院的2 115名护士为调查对象，应用一般资料调查表、护士信息胜任力评估量表及信息素养问卷进行调查。采用Pearson相关性分析护士信息胜任力与信息素养的关系，多元线性回归分析护士信息胜任力得分的影响因素。结果 护士信息胜任力总分为（94.64±17.25）分，条目均分为（3.64±0.34）分。多元线性回归分析结果显示，职称水平高、上网浏览最多的内容为与专业相关信息及信息素养水平高的护士其信息胜任力水平高（P=0.05）。以上变量共解释总变异的34.40%（F=369.922，P＜0.001）。结论 护士信息胜任力现状处于中等偏上水平，通过提高护士的信息素养水平可提升护士信息胜任力。 |

| Objective To understand the current situation of nurses' information competency in tertiary hospitals in western Anhui province, and to explore the influencing factors, so as to provide reference for improving nurses' information competency. Methods A total of 2115 nurses from 8 tertiary hospitals in western Anhui were selected by convenience sampling method from August to September 2023. The general data questionnaire, information competency assessment scale and information literacy questionnaire were used to investigate the situation. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the relationship between nurses' information competency and information literacy, and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of nurses' information competency score. Results The total score of nurse information competency was (94.64±17.25), and the average score was (3.64 ± 0.34). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the nurses with high professional title level and the most Internet browsing had high information literacy level and high information competence level (P<0.05). The above variables explained 34.40% of the total variation (F=369.922, P<0.001). Conclusions The current situation of nurses' information competence is above the medium level. Nurses' information competence can be improved by improving their information literacy level. |
