目的 探讨儿童乳磨牙非邻面龋的发生和邻面龋是否存在相关性。方法 选取2021年5月至2023年6月前往合肥市口腔医院儿童牙科初次就诊的210名学龄前儿童,对其口内乳磨牙进行视诊及影像学检查,评估乳磨牙邻面龋及非邻面龋发病率,使用Kendall's tau-b系数评估乳磨牙邻面龋的发生与非邻面龋之间相关性。结果 共检查1 680颗乳磨牙,视诊检查乳磨牙邻面龋发病率为44.35%,X线检查邻面龋发病率为75.18%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=462.623,P<0.05)。乳磨牙邻面龋坏检出率与非邻面发生龋坏的程度在视诊及X线检查中的Kendall's tau-b系数分别为0.755、0.679。χ2检验显示,在非邻面(视检)有龋、无龋两种情况下,邻面龋检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=224.354,P<0.05);在非邻面(X线)有龋、无龋两种情况下,邻面龋检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=290.223,P<0.05)。结论 单纯临床视诊检查部分邻面龋容易漏诊,影像学检查可提高邻面龋检出率;乳磨牙邻面龋发生与是否有非邻面龋及非邻面龋龋坏程度存在相关性。 |

Objective To analyze the correlation between non-proximal caries (NP) and proximal caries (P) in children. Methods A total of 210 preschool children who first visited Hefei Stomatological Hospital from May 2021 to June 2023 were selected for visual examination and imaging of the intraproammary molar teeth, the incidence of non-proximal caries and proximal caries was assessed, and the correlation be-tween the occurrence the two was examined using the Kendall’s tau-b coefficient. Results A total of 1 680 primary molars were examined. The incidence of proximal caries was 44.35% by visual examination and 75.18% by X-ray examination, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=462.623, P<0.05). Kendall's tau-b coefficients for the detection rate of proximal and non-proximal caries was 0.755 and 0.679 in visual examination and X-ray examination respectively . The Chi-square test showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the detection rate of caries in the proximal surface between the presence or absence of non-proximal caries by visual examination (χ2=224.354, P< 0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in the detection rate of caries in the proximal surface between the presence or absence of non-proximal caries by X-ray examination (χ2=290.223, P< 0.05). Conclusion The proximal caries are easy to be neglected in visual exami-nation, but X-ray examination can improve the detection rate of proximal caries. The occurrence of proximal caries is correlated with the pres-ence of non-proximal caries and the degree of decay of non-proximal caries. |
