| 目的 了解手术室护士长授权赋能行为与护士创新行为的现状,探讨护士长授权赋能行为对护士创新行为的影响,为制订促进手术室护士创新行为的管理对策提供借鉴。方法 于2024年4~6月,采用一般资料调查表、护士长授权赋能行为量表、护士创新行为量表对海南省13所三甲医院的手术室护士开展调查。采用Pearson相关分析手术室护士长授权赋能行为与护士创新行为的相关性,采用t检验、单因素方差分析法比较不同特征手术室护士创新行为得分,采用多元分层回归分析法分析手术室护士创新行为的影响因素。结果 手术室护士长授权赋能行为总分(161.14±24.46)分,护士创新行为总分(32.58±8.38)分。手术室护士长授权赋能行为与护士创新行为呈正相关(r=0.629,P<0.05)。护士长授权赋能行为、学历是手术室护士创新行为的影响因素(P<0.05),可解释得分总变异的73.2%,其中护士长授权赋能行为占28.1%。结论 手术室护士长授权赋能行为与护士创新行为均处于中等水平。手术室护士长可以通过给予护士更多的授权赋能行为,并重点关注学历较低的护士,进一步促进手术室护士创新行为的产生。 |

| Objective To understand the current situation of the empowerment behaviors of the head nurses in the operating room and the innovative behaviors of nurses, and to explore the influence of the empowerment behaviors of the head nurses on the innovative behaviors of nurses, so as to provide references for formulating management countermeasures to promote the innovative behaviors of nurses in the operating room.Methods From April to June 2024, the operating room nurses in 13 top three hospitals in Hainan province were investigated by using the general data questionnaire, the empowering behavior scale of head nurses and the innovative behavior scale of nurses. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the empowering behavior of nursing heads in operating rooms and the innovative behaviors of nurses. T-test and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the scores of innovative behaviors of nurses in operating rooms with different characteristics, and hierarchical regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of innovative behaviors of nurses in operating room.Results The total score of empowering behaviors of operating room head nurses was (161.14±24.46), and the total score of innovative behaviors of nurses was (32.58±8.38). There was a positive correlation between the empowering behaviors of operating room head nurses and the innovative behaviors of nurses (r=0.629, P<0.05). The empowerment behaviors and educational background of the head nurses are the influencing factors of the innovative behaviors of operating room nurses (all P<0.05), which could explain 73.2% of the total variation in score, among which head nurses’ empowerment behaviors accounted for 28.1%.Conclusions Both the empowering behaviors of the operating room head nurse and the innovative behaviors of the nurses were at a moderate level. Operating room nurses can further promote the generation of innovative behaviors of operating room nurses by giving nurses more authorization and focusing on nurses with lower education. |
