| 目的 探讨母亲防御方式在依恋模式与青少年抑郁症患者非自杀性自伤（NSSI）的中介作用。方法 选取2021年1月至2024年2月在合肥市第四人民医院门诊及住院治疗的100例青少年抑郁症患者及其母亲作为研究组，另分层随机选取与性别、年龄及受教育水平相匹配的100名青少年纳入健康对照组。采用青少年自我伤害问卷、亲密关系经历量表和防御方式问卷进行评估。比较两组研究对象各指标和评分的差异；采用Pearson相关分析进行各量表得分之间的相关分析；采用Hayes编制的PROCESS宏程序进行中介模型分析。结果 两组研究对象在非自杀性自杀得分、依恋总分和各维度得分、不防御方式和成熟防御方式得分比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；青少年NSSI行为得分与母亲不成熟防御方式得分（r=0.069）、依恋总分（r=0.522）均呈正相关，与母亲成熟防御方式得分呈负相关（r=-0.205）；母亲依恋模式对青少年NSSI行为具有直接预测作用，直接效应占比为95.97%(95%CI:0.001～0.379)；母亲不成熟防御方式在母亲依恋模式与青少年NSSI行为间发挥部分中介作用，效应占比为4.03%(95%CI:0.002～0.048)。结论 母亲依恋模式可直接影响青少年NSSI行为，也可通过母亲不成熟防御方式的中介作用间接影响青少年NSSI行为。 |

| Objective To investigate the mediating role of maternal defense mechanisms in the relationship between attachment styles and non-suicidal self-injury in adolescents with depression. Methods A total of 100 adolescents with depression and their mothers were selected as the study group, while 100 healthy controls matched for gender, age, and education level were recruited as the control group. Participants were assessed using the Adolescent Self-Harm Questionnaire, the Experiences in Close Relationships Scale(ECR), and the Defense Style Questionnaire(DSQ). Independent samples t-tests were conducted to examine differences between the two groups, and Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore correlations among scale scores. The mediation model was analyzed using the PROCESS macro developed by Hayes. Results Significant differences were observed between the two groups in NSSI scores, total and dimensional scores of attachment, as well as scores for immature and mature defense styles. The score of non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI) behavior among adolescents was positively correlated with the score of maternal immature defense style(r=0.069, P<0.05) and the total score of maternal attachment(r=0.522, P<0.01), and negatively correlated with the score of maternal mature defense style(r=-0.205, P<0.05). Maternal attachment style directly predicted adolescent NSSI behavior, with the direct effect accounting for 95.97% of the total effect(95%CI:0.001～0.379). Furthermore, maternal immature defense styles played a partial mediating role in the relationship between maternal attachment style and adolescent NSSI behavior, with the mediating effect accounting for 4.03%(95%CI:0.002～0.048). Conclusion Maternal attachment styles can directly influence adolescent NSSI behavior and indirectly affect it through the mediating role of maternal immature defense styles. |
