| 目的 探讨男性酒精依赖(AD)患者攻击行为的影响因素及构建风险预测模型。方法 选取安徽省荣军医院2023年1月至2024年12月收治的男性AD患者作为研究对象,根据修改版外显攻击行为量表(MOAS)分为伴攻击行为组(≥4分)和不伴攻击行为组(<4分)各70例。采用多因素logistic回归分析攻击行为的可能影响因素。根据结果采用R软件构建列线图预测模型,以及受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线验证准确度。结果 logistic回归分析显示,抑制因子得分(OR=1.586)和特质怒得分(OR=1.440)是攻击行为的危险性因素,注意功能因子得分(OR=0.874)和No-go准确率(OR=0.798)是其保护性因素。攻击行为保护性因素和危险性因素联合诊断的ROC曲线下面积为0.984,灵敏度92.9%,特异度97.1%。结论 注意功能、抑制功能、No-go准确率及特质怒是影响男性AD患者攻击行为的关键因子,联合这4个指标构建的列线图预测模型对攻击行为具有较高的诊断与风险预测价值。 |

| Objective To investigate the influencing factors of aggressive behavior in male patients with alcohol dependence(AD) and to develop a risk prediction model. Methods A total of 140 male patients with alcohol dependence admitted to Anhui province veterans Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as research objects. They were divided into the aggressive behavior group(≥4 points) and non-aggressive behavior group(<4 points) with 70 cases each, based on the Modified Overt Aggression Scale(MOAS). Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to identify potential influencing factors of aggressive behavior. A nomogram prediction model was constructed using R software based on the results, and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve was used to verify its accuracy. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that inhibition factor score(OR= 1.586) and trait anger score(OR= 1.440) were risk factors for aggressive behavior, while attention function factor score(OR= 0.874) and No-go accuracy rate(OR= 0.798) were protective factors. The area under the curve(AUC) of the ROC curve for the combined protective factors and risk factors for aggressive behavior is 0.984. Conclusion Attention function, inhibition function, No-go accuracy rate, and trait anger are key factors affecting aggressive behavior in male AD patients. The nomogram prediction model constructed by combining these four indicators has extremely high diagnostic and risk prediction value for aggressive behavior. |
