| Objective To investigate the influencing factors of discharge readiness of patients with double J stent indwelling after ureteral calculi surgery. Methods A total of 153 patients with ureteral calculi who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were retrospectively included. The clinical characteristic data were recorded, and the influencing factors of discharge readiness in patients with indwelling double-J stents after ureteral calculi surgery were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis methods. Results There were significant differences in Chinese hospital discharge readiness scale among subgroups with age, education level, average monthly family income, length of hospital stay, postoperative double J stent retention time, distance between hospital and residence, and whether they received discharge care or not(P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, educational level, average monthly household income level, hospital staying time, distance between hospital and residence, and whether there was dedicated care after discharge were all independent factors affecting the discharge readiness of patients with ureteral stones who underwent catheterization(P<0.05). Conclusion The discharge readiness of patients with double J stent indwelling after ureteral calculus is independently correlated with age, education level, average monthly family income, hospital staying time, distance between hospital and residence, and whether they can receive discharge care. |
