      目的 了解肿瘤科护士体面劳动感知与工作重塑行为的现状,探讨体面劳动感知对其工作重塑行为的影响,为后续制定针对性的干预措施提供客观依据。方法 于2025年1~5月,采用方便取样对厦门市18所三级医院的332名肿瘤科护士采用一般资料调查表、体面劳动感知量表及护士工作重塑量表进行问卷调查。采用单因素分析、Pearson相关性分析及多因素分析探究肿瘤科护士工作重塑行为的影响因素。结果 肿瘤科护士体面劳动感知得分(48.16±14.42)分,工作重塑行为得分(60.42±16.60)分。体面劳动感知、学历、夜班频次、外出学习频次是肿瘤科护士工作重塑行为的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论 肿瘤科护士体面劳动感知与工作重塑行为得分均处于中等水平。管理者可以通过系统性改善肿瘤科护士感知的体面劳动,并重点关注低学历、高夜班频次及低外出学习频次护士。

      Objective To understand the current situation of oncology nurses' perception of decent work and their job remodeling behavior, and to explore the influence of the perception of decent work on their job remodeling behavior, so as to provide objective basis for the subsequent formulation of targeted intervention measures. Methods From January to May 2025, a total of 332 oncology nurses from 18 tertiary hospitals in Xiamen city were investigated using the general data questionnaire, perception of decent work scale and nurses' job remodeling behavior scale. Single-factor analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and multi-factor analysis were adopted to explore the influencing factors of job remodeling behavior of oncology nurses. Results The scores of nurses' perception of decent work were(48.16±14.42), and the scores of job remodeling behavior were(60.42±16.60). Perception of decent work, educational background, night shift frequency and external learning frequency were the main influencing factors of job remodeling behavior of oncology nurses(all P<0.05). Conclusions The scores of the perception of decent work and job remodeling behavior among oncology nurses are both at a medium level. Managers can systematically enhance the perception of decent work of oncology nurses, with particular attention to those with low educational background, high night shift frequency, and fewer opportunities for external training.
